A professional 60-hour course designed to develop strong AI literacy and applied automation capabilities. Students will learn to utilize AI responsibly for daily workplace tasks such as documentation, communication, data handling, reporting, workflow optimization, and compliance-support functions. The course culminates in a real workflow automation project reflective of industry operations

Objective:
By the end of this course, participants will:
- Understand core AI functions, limitations, and ethical considerations.
- Enhance administrative productivity using AI tools.
- Automate document generation and validation process

- Design, develop, and deploy a functional automation system for a real use-case.
