This course introduces educators, school staff, and academic administrators to the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance productivity, communication, teaching, and school operations. It provides foundational knowledge on AI functions, limitations, and ethical considerations in educational environments, while developing the skills needed to responsibly integrate AI into daily tasks.

Objective:

By the end of this course, participants will:
  1. Understand AI applications in education and school operations.
  2. Enhance communication and documentation through AI tools.
  3. Create instructional materials using AI.
  4. Automate administrative tasks and school workflows

  2. Develop a functional AI-enabled workflow project.
  3. Practice ethical and responsible AI use in education.
